Auditions for Michigan Ballet Theatre’s 2025 – 2026 Season

Auditions will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Rochester School of Dance, 1800 S. Livernois, Rochester, MI 48307

• • 10:30 am – 12:30 pm MBT / MBT2 members (see requirements below)

Requirements:

• • MBT members must be at the advanced level with strong pointe technique.
  • MBT2 members must be at the intermediate/advanced level in technique and pointe.

Dancers: Please pick up an audition packet in the Rochester School of Dance office. If you are under 21 years of age you must have a signed release from your parents before auditioning.

Auditions will be also held for Junior members on Saturday, August 24, 2024:

• 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm Dancers age 11-14 at the Intermediate level
• 2:30 pm – 3:00 pm Dancers age 7-10 at the Beginner – Intermediate

Cash only $25 Audition Fee is required at time of registration for all levels. Registration for all Auditions begins 30 minutes prior to audition start time.

Second auditions for those who were unable to attend the August audition will be held on September 11, and on September 21. Please contact the studio for times.
